Maybe you've heard the quote, "When the student is ready the teacher will appear." Maybe you can even relate.
Personally, this quote has hit home more than once. Boy, oh boy, did I have so many mentors, teachers, coaches, and guides show up during some really pivotal moments in my life. I am so grateful I was open to the guidance I received, and was able to choose which direction to go. Practicing this mindset has brought me so many abundant opportunities.
Much like I have experienced, I want to be the right coach for the right person at the right time. It is my purpose to support you as the leader you already are and help you develop the tools you need to feel abundant as such.
I am a certified coach within the International Coaching Federation curriculum.
To be a leader takes practice, and it's a practice to continually show up as the best version of yourself. Some call it consciousness, others say "new age", I simply call it a choice. A choice we make each day. In this space you will never show up alone.
As an Actors Equity & SAG/AFTRA actor for over 15 years, auditioning (and therefore being completely unbothered by rejection) was my day to day. My mindset was always in training to continue to empower myself and to continue to believe in myself regardless if I got the job or not.
Audition after audition, my ambition was at an all-time high appearing to play the role of everyone else, but my soul was feeling burnt out (cue the music "you won't break my soul" replay, IYKYK). It was getting harder and harder to bounce back and approach the next audition with uplifting energy. I started to ask myself what my bigger mission was.
How can I remain true to me? Where is the script to my own story?
How else might I be able to tell the stories that felt rewarding to my soul?

One of the last on-camera projects I worked on showed me how exhausted I really was. While watching myself I realized that I was no longer acting. Let me tell you, the depletion was very real. It takes a lot of energy trying on the lives of 1,000s of different people, and I was not equipped to shed the excess and return to myself each time.
The same can happen when we interact with 100s of people every day, whether in person or online. We might not be adopting someone's habits consciously or know their favorite food but energy is a transmission. It can direct our attention. If we're unable to recognize these potential shifts, we feel as if we are unable to return to ourselves, when in reality, we are always home. It's about the focus of the attention, or energy. It is a confusing feeling and this can alter how we think or feel, even what we believe.
Thanks to the many coaches and guides that supported me along my journey, I can have a new framework for daily self-renewal. I want to share the tools that I have learned so you too can live each day authentically you, whether on or off camera, out amongst the crowd or allowing your soul some much needed quiet time.
I made the decision to change perspectives.
Still working as a professional model and actor, I became a student of the lens. I wanted to be a visionary behind the camera.
I learned how to develop the director within and honing execution as a business woman.

From headshots to editorial shoots to weddings to babies, I began to understand the magic of staying present. If I could stay present and help my client do the same, confidence and beauty would resonate throughout the shoot.
I would coach my clients to "be themselves" in front of the camera. And, you know, that's not always an easy ask. I found a way to use humor and asking my clients to tell me more about themselves to break the ice. And the more they relaxed, the more we spoke about their dreams and who they want to become!
